The NCWorks Career Center partners with Wake Tech to bring you the best job search workshops around! Be sure to register before the start date by following the instructions below. Workshops are offered in person and online for your convenience.

HOW TO REGISTER

Complete steps 1 & 2 for online workshops. For in-person workshops, only step 1 is required.


Step One: 

  • Register at www.ncworks.gov

  • Under the “MY RESOURCES” select UPCOMING EVENTS

  • For "Event Region" select “Capital Area Workforce Development Board”/ Raleigh NCWorks Career Center

  • Look at the event calendar and click on the class you would like to attend

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “REGISTER.”

 

Step Two:  (Required for online workshops)

  • Go to https://secure.waketech.edu/ceres/public/reservation?g=1 

  • Search for Workshop Title / Start Date

  • Check the box on the left next to the course title.

  • Read details for class meeting dates/time & platform (Moodle and/or Teams.)

  • Click “Next Step” at the bottom of the page.

  • Choose “New Student” if you have not set up an account before in the reservation system OR choose “Returning Student” if you are a returning student.

  • Complete the reservation process. 

  • The instructor will send you the class link 24 hours before the course.
